Maintenance
From the
'Maintenance Menu' you may:
-
Schedule maintenance jobs or tasks for your properties (e.g.
annual gas inspections)
-
Track the maintenance jobs to completion, recording key details
such as certificate details
-
Produce
various reports (e.g. maintenance schedule for next 12 months &
overdue jobs)
-
Reports
can be limited to a time period, property or job type (e.g.
gas maintenance)
We have included a number of screen shots to
give you an idea of how the features work.
From the 'Maintenance Menu',
select the option you require:
Add
New Maintenance Job
To add a new maintenance job,
select the property the job relates to and fill in the
Job Details. Click on the recurring maintenance job button to setup jobs that need to be scheduled weekly, monthly, annually, etc.

Update Maintenance Job
Simply update the form to reflect the status of the job -
rescheduling or updating the Completion Details as appropriate.
Note that the Dates are now green illustrating the job is
complete.
Maintenance Schedule for Next 12 Months
See your future maintenance schedule, listed by month.
Overdue jobs are included in the report and are highlighted in
red. Those coming due in the next 30 days are highlighted in
yellow.

The Property Maintenance Report
allows you to generate reports for a specific time period (e.g.
year), property or maintenance job type (e.g. decorating).

The Maintenance Table
The table lists all the maintenance jobs, sorted by property and
chronological order. The jobs can be deleted or exported to
Microsoft Excel.
