Property Details

From the 'Property Detail Menu', you may:

•  Record key property details (room sizes, condition, furnishings, fire safety, etc.)

•  Store images of all rooms including front and back of house

•  Store property purchase details

•  Store utility details (gas, water & electricity meter details)

•  Produce property summary reports

•  Property search - find suitable properties for your tenants within your portfolio

We have included a number of screen shots to give you an idea of how the features   work:

From the 'Property Details Menu', select the option you require:

To add new properties, simply record as much detail as you wish to store.

The buttons at the bottom of the screen, allow you to record additional property details, such as purchase details, room details, equipment inventories, utility details and landlord details.

To retrieve property details, select the 'View or Modify Property Details' menu and select the property you wish to view, from the drop down list:

Find suitable properties for your tenants by filtering the report on Town, availability date,  number of bedrooms or maximum rent.

The Property Availability Report shows you which properties are currently available followed by those that are becoming available - sorted by availability date (when the current  lease expires).
