Insurance
From the
'Insurance Menu', you may:
-
Record your insurance policy
details against your properties
-
Produce
insurance reports that illustrate active policies, policies
coming up for renewal and properties without any insurance
We have included a number of screen shots to
give you an idea of how the features work.
From the 'Insurance Menu',
select the option you require:

Add New Insurance Policy
To add a new policy, select the property and insurance type and
enter the policy details.

To review or update a policy select the 'View Existing
Policy Details' menu and select the appropriate policy from the drop
down list.

Note that the selector list gives you the following information:

Insurance Reports
The insurance report filter allows you to generate insurance
reports, limited to a property, time period or insurance type.

The Insurance Summary details the policies by property.
Where an active insurance policy does not exist, a warning
will be displayed as illustrated in 63 Constable Road, below.
The report colour coding indicates:
-
Yellow = Policy due to start in less than 30 days
-
Green = Policy active
-
Red = Policy due to expire in less than 30 days
-
Black = Policy has expired

The Insurance Summary Table provides a
consolidated view of all policies, sorted by property and date.
These may be deleted or exported to Microsoft Excel.
