Let Property Manager help you organise and track your insurance policies so that policies do not expire without you knowing:

• Record your insurance policy details against your properties

• Produce insurance reports  that illustrate active policies & policies coming up for renewal

• Property Managers reminder home screen alerts you to policies that are due to expire

We have included a number of screen shots to give you an idea of how the features work.

From the 'Insurance Menu', select the option you require:

To add a new policy, select the property and insurance type and enter the policy details.

The Insurance Summary table provides a consolidated view of all policies, sorted by property and date. 

The insurance summary report allows you to generate various reports, for example insurance by property or by insurance type.
